CAVEAT Law Offices was founded in the middle of 2000 by five (5) members of the Class of 1997 of the University of the Philippines College of Law. Having gained considerable experience in the various fields of law from their stints in prestigious law firms, the founding partners decided to venture out on their own and create a niche in the legal world.

CAVEAT was founded to provide highly-personalized legal services to a limited clientele engaged in highly-diversified fields or areas of operation.  Envisioned as a lean and mean operation, the Firm endeavors to ensure that its clients will always receive a very satisfactory quality of legal services characterized by pro-active advice and legal guidance and fast reaction to any request for opinions and services.
